Irish Chocolate

A decadent, creamy hot cocktail that blends Baileys Irish Cream into rich hot chocolate for a sweet, dessert-like sip. It pours into an Irish coffee cup topped with a cloud of whipped cream, chocolate shavings and a cinnamon stick for an indulgent, warming presentation, great as a cozy after-dinner nightcap.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 1 dash Cream
  • 1 cup Hot Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Start by making a cup of hot chocolate to your taste preference.
  2. Once the hot chocolate is ready, pour in the Bailey's® Irish Cream and stir gently to mix.
  3. Add a dash of cream to the top of the mixture.
  4. Generously top the drink with whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with chocolate scrapings and a cinnamon stick if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your Irish Chocolate.
