A frothy, tropical punch that tastes like a creamy pina colada turned into a crowd-pleasing dessert drink, rich pineapple and coconut with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla from the ice cream. Visually it’s pale yellow and frothy with thin orange slices on top, and the pineapple soda gives it a light fizz that keeps it bright and refreshing. It’s worth making for parties or pool days when you want an easy, shareable, non-alcoholic indulgence.
