Pina Colada Punch

A frothy, tropical punch that tastes like a creamy pina colada turned into a crowd-pleasing dessert drink, rich pineapple and coconut with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla from the ice cream. Visually it’s pale yellow and frothy with thin orange slices on top, and the pineapple soda gives it a light fizz that keeps it bright and refreshing. It’s worth making for parties or pool days when you want an easy, shareable, non-alcoholic indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 46 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 15 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1 tblsp Coconut Syrup
  • 1 tblsp Cinnamon
  • Fill Pineapple Soda
  • 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Chill both the pineapple juice and pineapple soda before preparing the punch.
  2. In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, coconut syrup, and cinnamon until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Refrigerate the creamy mixture if preparing ahead of time.
  4. When ready to serve, place the coconut mixture into a punch bowl.
  5. Add the vanilla ice-cream to the punch bowl and allow it to dissolve partially.
  6. As the ice-cream dissolves, gently pour the pineapple soda into the punch.
  7. Garnish the frothy top of the punch with thin orange slices before serving.
