Amaretto Colada

Ingredients

• 1.25 oz White Rum
• 1 oz Amaretto Liqueur
• 1.33 oz Coconut Cream
• 3 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 tsp Whipping Cream

Instructions

1. Combine the white rum, amaretto almond liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and whipping cream in a blender.
2. Add a glassful of crushed ice to the blender.
3. Blend the mixture briefly until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into a Pina Colada glass.
5. Garnish with a pineapple slice or a cherry.
6. Insert straws and serve immediately.
