Bright lime and fruity crème de cassis meet a reposado tequila backbone, finished with spicy-sweet ginger ale for a fizzy, approachable cocktail. It pours a pink-amber hue with bubbles and a lime wedge, making it as attractive as it is refreshing. Worth trying if you like light, effervescent drinks that balance citrus, dark-fruit sweetness and a subtle oaked-tequila warmth.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Casa Noble® Reposado Tequila
  • 0.25 oz Crème de Cassis Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • Fill Ginger Ale

Instructions

  1. Place ice in an Old-Fashioned glass.
  2. Pour the Casa Noble Tequila Reposado over the ice.
  3. Add the Creme de Cassis and fresh lime juice to the glass.
  4. Fill the rest of the glass with ginger ale.
  5. Stir the ingredients gently to combine.
  6. Place a lime wedge on top as a garnish.
