Sparkling Hunt Punch

A bright, bubbly sipper that balances sweet almond notes from amaretto and cherry liqueur with a burst of fresh orange and a light rum backbone. Poured into a tall champagne flute and topped with champagne, it looks elegant with lively effervescence and drinks like a fruity, celebratory aperitif. Worth trying if you like sweet, easygoing sparkling cocktails with a nutty cherry twist.

Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz White Rum
  • 0.5 oz Disaronno® Amaretto Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Marie Brizard® Cherry Liqueur
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 3 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. Chill all the ingredients except for the champagne.
  2. Strain the chilled ingredients into a champagne flute.
  3. Top with champagne.
  4. Serve immediately.
