Big Hug

A velvety, chocolate-forward hot cocktail: rich hot chocolate enlivened by the silky sweetness of Irish cream and the deep cocoa notes of crème de cacao, finished with a fluffy cap of whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Ingredients

  • 1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 oz Crème de Cacao Brun Liqueur
  • 1 cup Hot Chocolate
  • 0.5 oz Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Fill an Irish coffee cup or glass three-quarters full with hot chocolate.
  2. Pour the Irish cream gently into the cup.
  3. Add the creme de cacao, allowing it to mix with the other liquids.
  4. Top the drink with a generous layer of whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with shaved chocolate on top for a delightful finish.
