The Bionic Drink

A bright, easy highball that pairs clean vodka with zippy citrus, choose grapefruit juice for a tangy, slightly bitter fruitiness or soda for a lighter, effervescent feel. It pours pale pink or clear over ice and finishes with a squeeze of lemon for a crisp, refreshing finish worth ordering on a warm afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 6 cl Vodka
  • Fill Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.25 Lemon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Pour the Vodka into a Highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass with either Grapefruit juice or soda until nearly full.
  3. Squeeze the juice from one quarter of a lemon into the glass and stir gently to mix.
