Whiskey Peach Smash

Ingredients

• 1 small Peach
• 3 leaves Mint Leaves
• 2 pieces Lemon
• 1 oz Water
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Canadian Whisky

Instructions

1. In a bar glass, muddle the peach, mint, lemon pieces, water, and simple syrup to release their flavors.
2. Add the Canadian Whisky and fill the glass with ice.
3. Securely shake the mixture until well chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of peach before serving.
