Midnight Cocktail

Bright and fruity, the Midnight Cocktail pairs sweet apricot brandy and orange-forward triple sec with a crisp squeeze of lemon for a balanced sweet-tart profile. Pale amber and served up, it’s a light, refreshing sipper that’s simple to make and perfect as an aperitif or easy after-dinner treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 0.5 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Add apricot brandy, triple sec, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  3. Shake until the mixture is well chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass.
