Nutty Colada

A creamy, sweet sip where toasted almond notes from amaretto meet silky coconut and bright pineapple for a tropical dessert-like treat. It pours pale tan with a frothy, slush-like texture and small fruit flecks. Perfect when you want a simple, indulgent frozen cocktail for sunny afternoons or after-dinner lounging.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Milk
  • 3 tbsp Pineapples

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the amaretto almond liqueur, coconut milk, and crushed pineapples.
  2. Add two cups of crushed ice to the blender.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into a Collins glass.
  5. Insert a straw and serve promptly.
