Caesar

A savory, slightly spicy tomato-and-clam cocktail with a salty rim and bright red appearance, crowned with a celery stick. It tastes umami-forward from Clamato and Worcestershire, with hot pepper heat from Tabasco, an easy, bold pick for brunch or anytime you want a savory, refreshing tall drink.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • Fill Clamato® Juice
  • 3 dashes Tabasco® Sauce
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare a highball glass by rimming it with salt and pepper.
  2. Fill the glass with ice to the top.
  3. Pour 1.5 oz of vodka over the ice.
  4. Top it up with Clamato juice until the glass is filled.
  5. Add 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce.
  6. Add 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Stir the mixture gently to combine the ingredients well.
  8. Garnish the drink with a fresh celery stick before serving.
