Champagne Passion

Bright, tropical passion fruit puree sweetened to taste and lifted by crisp, bubbly champagne, with a subtle floral-fruity float of Alizé on top. It presents elegantly in a coupe and makes an easy, celebratory sipper for brunch or parties.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Passion Fruit Puree
  • To Taste Simple Syrup
  • Fill Champagne
  • 0.5 oz Alizé® Gold Passion Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour the passion-fruit puree into a coupe glass.
  2. Add simple syrup to the puree according to your preference and stir until well combined.
  3. Slowly fill the glass with champagne, stirring gently as you pour to avoid losing too much fizz.
  4. Carefully float the Alize® Liqueur on top for an elegant presentation.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
