Ingredients
- 30 ml White Rum
- 15 ml Peach Brandy
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 30 ml Honey
- 10 pcs Mint Leaves
- 3 pcs Pineapple Chunks
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients with half cup of crushed ice. Serve in a Coppa grande.

Missionary's Downfall
Mint, pineapple and peach brandy blended with white rum, lime and honey into a pale green frappe. Blending the mint rather than muddling it makes the drink taste green all the way through, closer to a tropical mojito slush than a cocktail. Another Donn Beach original, sweet and cold and gone quickly, served in a coppa under a mint sprig and a slice of pineapple.
