Canyon Quake

A silky, dessert-style sipper that blends mellow brandy with sweet amaretto and velvety Irish cream, rounded out by light cream for a luscious mouthfeel. Poured into a brandy snifter it appears pale and inviting, tasting sweet, nutty, and warming, ideal as a nightcap or after-dinner indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 2 oz Light Cream

Instructions

  1. Add the Irish cream, brandy, amaretto almond liqueur, and light cream to a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Shake the mixture thoroughly until well combined and chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a brandy snifter.
  4. Serve immediately.
