Midnight Cowboy

Velvety and lush, Midnight Cowboy layers warm oak and caramel notes from bourbon with the molasses sweetness of dark rum, rounded by a thick, creamy mouthfeel. It pours a light tan/amber and is best enjoyed as a smooth after-dinner sip or nightcap when you want something dessert-like but boozy. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Dark Rum
  • 0.5 oz Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add bourbon, dark rum, and heavy cream into the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well combined and chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass to serve.
