Astral Trip

A fruit-forward, slightly syrupy cocktail that highlights ripe plum and pear with a whisper of cherry from the maraschino. It pours a pale pink-amber into a chilled cocktail glass and drinks smooth but noticeably boozy. Great as an easy, dessert-style sipper when you want something fruity yet strong.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Plum Brandy
  • 1 tsp Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
  • 1 oz Pear Schnapps

Instructions

  1. Combine the plum brandy, maraschino liqueur, and pear schnapps in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice, then cover and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
