Captain Courageous

Bright and tropical, this drink tastes of sweet coconut and juicy pineapple with a dark, molasses-backed rum float that adds depth and boozy aroma. Visually it’s a pale golden Collins with a distinct dark layer on top, an easy, beachy choice when you want a simple yet visually appealing tiki-style sip.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Captain Morgan® Parrot Bay Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Myers's® Original Dark Rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins glass halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Captain Morgan® Parrot Bay coconut rum into the glass.
  3. Add the pineapple juice and gently stir to combine the flavors.
  4. Carefully float the Myer's® dark rum on top.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
