Bitter Bison

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 2 oz Zubrowka® Vodka
• 0.5 oz Cinzano® Rosso Vermouth
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

1. Chill a Collins glass by filling it with ice water and set it aside while preparing the drink.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, Zubrowka® vodka, Cinzano® sweet vermouth, and lemon juice.
3. Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes.
4. Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
5. Discard the ice and water from the Collins glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
6. Serve immediately.
