Beach Peach

Bright, peach-forward and tropical, the Beach Peach balances white rum and peach brandy with fresh lime and a hint of pineapple syrup for a sweet-tart sip. Poured over broken ice in a cordial glass, it looks pale peach and drinks light and refreshing, perfect for summer or poolside afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz White Rum
  • 0.75 oz Peach Brandy
  • 1 oz Peach Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Pineapple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice in a shaker.
  2. Strain the mixture into a cordial glass filled halfway with broken ice.
  3. Serve immediately.
