The Light in the Piazza

Ingredients

• 2 oz Absolut® Citron Vodka
• 1 oz Limoncello Liqueur
• 1 tsp Caster Sugar
• 1 dash Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Sparkling White Wine

Instructions

1. Combine the Absolut® Citron vodka, limoncello, and superfine sugar in a chilled cocktail shaker.
2. If desired, add a dash of lemon juice.
3. Shake with ice until the mixture is very cold.
4. Strain the mixture into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
5. Top off the drink with sparkling white wine.
6. Garnish with a thin slice of lemon.
