The Manager's Daughter

Bright, ruby-tinged and bubbly, The Manager's Daughter pairs the vinous sweetness and bitter aromatics of Dubonnet Rouge with the crisp fruitiness of apple brandy. Topped with sparkling bitter lemon soda it tastes effervescent and lightly bitter-sweet, with apple and quinine notes and a refreshing citrus lift. It's an easy, low-effort aperitif-style long drink when you want something light, fruity and slightly bitter.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Dubonnet® Rouge
  • 1 oz Apple Brandy
  • Fill Sparkling Lemon Soda

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour the Dubonnet® French vermouth over the ice.
  3. Add the apple brandy to the glass.
  4. Top the drink with sparkling bitter lemon soda.
  5. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
