Jamaica Granito

A fizzy, citrus-forward float where bright orange notes from triple sec and tart lemon sherbet meet the warm fruitiness of brandy. It pours pale and effervescent with a scooped mound of sherbet slowly melting into soda and a fine dusting of nutmeg on top. Easy, playful, and dessert-like, great when you want a refreshing, indulgent finish to a meal or a bubbly party treat.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1 scoop Lemon Sherbet
  • Fill Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Begin by adding brandy and triple sec into a collins glass.
  2. Include a scoop of lemon sherbet into the glass.
  3. Top off the mix with club soda until the glass is full.
  4. Dust the top with nutmeg for garnish.
  5. Serve immediately to enjoy.
