Disaronno and Cream

Sweet, almond-forward Disaronno meets cold cream for a velvety, dessert-like sip. Think toasted marzipan softened by dairy. Visually it’s a pale, layered short drink over ice with the amaretto settling beneath a creamy top. It’s worth trying as an easy, crowd-pleasing nightcap or after-dinner treat that requires almost no skill.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Disaronno® Amaretto Liqueur
  • 3 oz Cream

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Amaretto Di Saronno® Liqueur over the ice until the glass is about one-third full.
  3. Top with cream, ensuring the Amaretto and cream blend slightly but still form layers.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
