The Gold, The Bad, and The Ugly

A rich, dessert-style long drink that layers coffee liqueur, creamy Irish cream and glittering cinnamon schnapps for a sweet, spiced finish. It looks striking with a dark coffee base, pale creamy middle and a shimmering golden top; expect smooth coffee and cream flavors cut by warm cinnamon heat. Worth trying if you like indulgent, showy after-dinner cocktails with a boozy kick.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • Fill Milk
  • 1.5 oz Goldschläger® Cinnamon Schnapps

Instructions

  1. Pour the Kahlua® Coffee Liqueur into a Pilsner Glass.
  2. Add the Bailey's® Irish Cream over the Kahlua®.
  3. Carefully fill the glass with milk, leaving enough space for the final ingredient.
  4. Gently pour the Goldschlager® over the back of a spoon, allowing it to layer on top.
