Green Room

A dry, herbaceous aperitif with a subtle orange lift and a whisper of brandy warmth. Pale and clear in a chilled cocktail glass, it’s light-bodied and smooth, making for an elegant, sip-and-savour experience. Ideal if you enjoy vermouth-forward, low-abv cocktails that are understated but flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Brandy
  • 2 dashes Orange Curaçao Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Add dry vermouth, brandy, and orange curacao liqueur to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture gently for about 20 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass to serve.
