Tropical Life Saver

Bright and tropical, this highball blends sweet melon and coconut flavors over juicy pineapple, producing a fragrant, fruity sip with a soft, candy-like sweetness. It pours a sunny green-gold color and drinks light and refreshing rather than boozy. Ideal for summer afternoons or poolside when you want an easy, crowd-pleasing tropical refresher.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Midori® Melon Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
  • Fill Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice completely.
  2. Pour in the Midori® melon liqueur.
  3. Add in the Malibu® coconut rum to the glass.
  4. Top off the remainder of the glass with pineapple juice.
  5. Shake the mixture thoroughly to ensure it's well combined.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your Tropical Life Saver.
