Bright grapefruit and lime meet sweet Heering cherry and rum for a balanced sweet-tart, fruity cocktail with a subtle rum backbone. Served tall over ice, it shows a pale pink-to-ruby hue and makes an easy, refreshing choice for warm-weather sipping or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rum
  • 1 oz Heering® Cherry Liqueur
  • 2 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 drop Simple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the rum, Heering® cherry liqueur, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup over the ice.
  3. Gently stir the mixture with a bar spoon until all ingredients are well combined.
