- 30 ml Blended Bourbon Whiskey
- 30 ml Amaretto Liqueur
- 30 ml Aperol® Aperitivo
- 30 ml Lemon Juice

- Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker, shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Bourbon, amaretto, Aperol and lemon in equal parts, which makes it effortless to remember and hard to get wrong. Amaretto's marzipan sweetness sits between the bourbon's oak and Aperol's bitter orange, and the lemon keeps all three honest. It shakes up a glowing amber and drinks bittersweet and easy.
