Ingredients

• 2 oz Scotch
• 1 tsp White Curaçao Liqueur
• 1 tsp Amaretto Liqueur
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 tsp Caster Sugar

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes to ensure the ingredients blend smoothly.
2. Add Scotch, white Curacao, Amaretto, and Orange bitters into the shaker.
3. Incorporate Lemon juice to add a citrusy freshness, and follow with superfine Sugar to balance the flavors.
4. Vigorously shake the mixture until thoroughly combined and chilled.
5. Carefully strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass to ensure a smooth finish, free of ice.
