A mellow, dessert-style sipper with honeyed, herbal sweetness from Irish Mist layered over a warm Irish whiskey backbone and finished with a light cloud of whipped cream. It pours pale and silky in a wine goblet, visually elegant and easygoing, making it a cozy nightcap or after-dinner treat. Worth trying if you like creamy, sweet cocktails that aren’t overly rich but feel indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Irish Mist® Herbal Liqueur
  • 1 oz Light Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Irish whiskey and Irish Mist® herbal liqueur into the glass.
  3. Stir the mixture until it is well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a wine goblet.
  5. Top the drink with light whipped cream.
  6. Serve immediately.
