Banana Foster

An indulgent, banana-forward dessert cocktail that tastes like a boozy banana milkshake, sweet vanilla ice cream and banana liqueur wrapped around warm, spiced rum notes with a hint of cinnamon. It pours thick and pale yellow into a brandy snifter with a frothy top and a dusting of cinnamon. Worth trying if you want a rich, comforting after-dinner treat or a crowd-pleasing party dessert in drink form.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1.5 oz Spiced Rum
  • 0.5 oz Banana Liqueur
  • 1 Banana

Instructions

  1. Add the vanilla ice cream, spiced rum, banana liqueur, and banana into a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Carefully pour the blended mixture into a large brandy snifter.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
