Creamy Soda

A bubbly, dessert-like highball that tastes of banana and coconut with a bright citrus soda lift and a sweet hint of grenadine. It pours pale and fizzy with a pink drizzle settling toward the bottom and a cherry on top, making it cheerful and approachable. Worth trying if you want a low-effort, tropical, soda-forward cocktail that's light and crowd-pleasing.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Coconut Rum
  • Fill 7Up®
  • 2 dashes Grenadine
  • 1 oz Banana Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the coconut rum and banana liqueur over the ice.
  3. Top the glass with 7-Up® Soda until nearly full.
  4. Add grenadine syrup by dashing it into the drink.
  5. Garnish with a cherry on top.
