Rum Coke Float

A Rum Coke Float is a playful dessert drink that pairs rich, rum-flavored ice cream with fizzy Coca-Cola and a splash of rum. Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Rum Ice Cream
  • 1 shot Rum
  • Fill Coca-Cola®

Instructions

  1. Scoop two servings of rum-flavored ice-cream into a hurricane glass.
  2. Pour one shot of rum over the ice-cream.
  3. Carefully fill the glass with Coca-Cola.
  4. Garnish with a cherry and serve with a straw.
