Vodka Dry

A very clean, spirit-forward sip: cold, silky vodka with a whisper of dry sherry that adds savory, nutty depth and a bright lemon aroma. Pours clear into a brandy snifter and is finished with a fresh twist for an aromatic lift. Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Dry Sherry
  • 1.5 Vodka

Instructions

  1. Swirl a teaspoon of dry sherry in a brandy snifter to coat it completely, then discard any excess.
  2. In a separate mixing glass, combine one and a half measures of vodka with ice cubes, stirring well to chill the liquid.
  3. Strain the chilled vodka into the prepared snifter.
  4. Garnish with a fresh twist of lemon and serve.
