Liquid Rocher

A silky, dessert-style cordial that tastes of rich dark chocolate, toasted hazelnut and a kiss of vanilla. It pours a warm brown hue in a small cordial glass and is best enjoyed slowly as a sweet finish to a meal. Worth trying if you like smooth, liqueur-forward after-dinner drinks with pronounced chocolate-nut character.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Crème de Cacao Brun Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Frangelico® Hazelnut Liqueur
  • 1 dash Vanilla Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Carefully pour the Creme de Cacao into a cordial glass.
  2. Add the Frangelico® Liqueur, allowing it to mix gently.
  3. Introduce a dash of Vanilla Liqueur, enhancing the flavor profile.
  4. Serve immediately to enjoy its unique taste.
